Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions in a dynamic and multicultural environment. This role will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for academic and non-academic staff, including international hires.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR databases, and track probation, leave, and visa validity.
- Support employee relations, staff engagement initiatives, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations (MOM, IRAS, SSG) and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate training, professional development programs, and HR documentation for audits and compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or multicultural organisation.
- Familiar with Singapore HR regulations and international hiring processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in the education or international school sector will be an advantage.
