Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and industry regulations for the Security and Cleaning sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and induct qualified security officers and cleaners.
- Coordinate and evaluate training programs to enhance employees skills and competencies in line with organizational needs.
- Prepare and compile HR reports and workforce data to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manpower databases, including salary and deployment details for monthly management review.
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and unions to address employment matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the Finance team in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
- Perform additional administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements :
- Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
- Proven ability to engage and liaise effectively with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and labour unions (e.g., NTUC).
- Practical experience in foreign worker work pass applications and administration.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in handling employment disputes and regulatory compliance matters.
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and accountable, particularly when managing sensitive employee information.
