Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g. EP, S Pass).
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance on monthly salary processing.
- Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and claims.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support in organizing staff engagement activities, company events, and team-building programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support in a timely manner.
- Assist in implementing initiatives to improve company culture, communication, and retention.
4. Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance appraisal exercises and documentation.
- Coordinate staff training, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Maintain training records and monitor staff progress.
5. HR Reporting & Support
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist in HR audits when required.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience experience in the travel or service industry is an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
