Job Description

Employee Lifecycle & HR Advisory

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems promptly.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries across platforms (e.g. AskHR).

  • Provide HR policy and employment advisory support to employees and line managers.

  • Coordinate with HR Shared Services and IT teams to deactivate system access for departing staff.

  • Liaise with F&I and motor insurance partners (e.g. SD Contego, AXA) for Sales team resignations.

Work Pass & Compliance

  • Perform OFWAS updates and manage work pass renewals.

  • Monitor and maintain work pass quota health.

  • Track foreign technicians and CSAs Singapore driving licence requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and timely MOM statutory reporting (e.g. OED and related submissions).

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support disciplinary and grievance cases with fairness and consistency.

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and share insights with management.

  • Organise employee engagement activities such as focus groups and dialogue sessions.

  • Source government grants to support engagement initiatives and manage budgets.

  • Proactively engage employees to understand concerns and provide appropriate support.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Track probation and confirmation timelines and coordinate with line managers on decisions.

  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, increments, and bonus exercises.

  • Assist with talent development and career planning initiatives.

Reporting, Projects & Administration

  • Prepare monthly PX manpower reports and other required submissions.

  • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately.

  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, statutory requirements, and HR systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with IT systems.
