Job Description

The HR Executive supports the effective delivery of human resource services across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on HR operations, talent management support, employee engagement, and compliance, aligned to organisational goals and theSkillsFuture Skills Framework for Human Resource (HR).

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making

  • Support payroll processing and liaise with external vendors where required

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer administration

  • Support manpower planning and headcount tracking

  • Conduct onboarding programmes to ensure smooth employee integration

3. Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and mandatory learning initiatives

  • Track training attendance, training hours, and SkillsFuture-related claims

  • Support learning needs analysis and maintain training records

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Assist in managing employee feedback, grievances, and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policy

5. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements

  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures

  • Assist in audits and compliance reporting (e.g. MOM, CPF, PDPA)

6. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in HR improvement initiatives and digitalisation projects

  • Support implementation of new HR systems or processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and employee experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience preferred

  • Familiarity with SkillsFuture initiatives and Timesoft (Payroll) systems is an advantage
