Job Description

HR Functions

  • Handle day-to day HR function
  • Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation
  • Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
  • Maintain and update employee's personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
  • Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
  • Handling disciplinary issues and executive the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Experience with administration and basic logistic will be added advantage
