Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and resourceful HR Executive to join our HR team. This role will manage the full spectrum of HR functions with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition for IT and technology-related roles.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while contributing to overall HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination and onboarding handover.

. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

. Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, with a focus on building sustainable talent pipelines

. Prepare and contribute to recruitment reports and metrics

. Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures

. Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks

. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

HR Administration & Generalist Support

. Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation

. Assist in performance management and employee development programs

. Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations

. Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records

Requirements

. Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field

. At least 3 years HR experience, preferably with strong experience in IT or technical recruitment

. Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices

. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms

. Meticulous and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff

. Proactive, strategic thinker, and resourceful problem solver

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
