Job Description

Role

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations
  • Manage employee lifecycle and HR compliance (including work pass management)

Key Duties

  • Recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
  • Onboarding/offboarding & HR records
  • Manage internships & CCP programmes
  • Coordinate practicum placements & stakeholders
  • Ensure MOM compliance for work passes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related
  • 1-3 years HR/recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore HR practices preferred
