HR Executive (Talent Aquisition)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and preparation of employment offers.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating new hire orientation and maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and the e-HR system.

• Manage employee Work Pass applications and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employment terms, and onboarding processes.

• Partner with external recruitment vendors and internal stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition strategies.

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recruitment processes within the Workday system.

• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as assigned to support the organisation's people strategy

What we're looking for

• Posses a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent

• 2 years or more of a Talent Acquisition/ Human Resource-related role

• Meticulous with a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work well both independently and in a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Workday
