Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and preparation of employment offers.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating new hire orientation and maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and the e-HR system.
Manage employee Work Pass applications and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employment terms, and onboarding processes.
Partner with external recruitment vendors and internal stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recruitment processes within the Workday system.
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as assigned to support the organisation's people strategy
What we're looking for
Posses a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent
2 years or more of a Talent Acquisition/ Human Resource-related role
Meticulous with a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well both independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Workday
