Responsibility

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for the hiring of all positions

  • Build a consistent talent pipeline for key positions

  • Ensure a solid cadence of communication with hiring managers and provide a high touch level of partnership

  • Review ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

  • Design and drive the implementation of Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives, and programs

  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Manage third party relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies on talent needs and internal activities processes.

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, maintenance and integrity of all related HR systems, documents, and database

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in-house or search agencies

  • Sound knowledge of different interview techniques, evaluation methods and full cycle recruiting

  • Good knowledge in Employment legislation

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
