Job Brief
We are hiring a qualified HR Recruiter for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, from identification of potential candidates to interview and evaluation of candidates.
Duties/Resposibilities
- Works closely with stakeholders (managers and clients) to understand and validate the hiring needs for each position and meets hiring goals and expectations
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment process, screening of resumes, shortlisting of candidates, coordinating interviews, and participating in the selection process
- Provides administrative and coordination support for recruitment initiatives, on and off boarding processes
- Assists HOD in managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to retention or exit
- Ensures compliance with MOM and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
- Prepares letters of appointment and explains terms of offer to new hires
- Utilise recruitment platforms like job posting in various portals, engaged in job boards, and searching for talents
- Ensures employee IDs, workstations, email addresses, attendance, medical and staff cards are ready for new hires (where applicable)
- Conducts staff orientation programmes for new employees
- Attends to employees grievances, complaints and queries and provides necessary guidance
- Ensures proper and up to date system records of all employees including registry of new employees and keeping close track of new employees probationary period
- Conducts exit interviews
- Builds good relations with all stakeholders
- Undertakes any other tasks assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Good interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
- Eye for detail and well-organized in managing workflow, documentation and filing
- Proficient with MS Office applications and database management
Education and Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least three years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of HR software and management systems would be advantageous
