Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all recruitment matters
  • Work with different business unit to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget and recruitment process.
  • Facilitate onboarding process
  • Preparation of salary proposal and ensure compensation equity
  • Develop & review HR policies relating to employment & recruitment

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
  • At least 3 years of experience handling recruitment for executive level & above
  • Experience in handling mid to high volume of recruitment activities
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
