Job description
As an HR Executive in Talent Acquisition at Econ Healthcare Group, you will provide vital support in executing recruitment strategies to attract talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective employees. You will work closely with hiring managers to build a diverse and high-performing pipeline of talent. And support in employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment & Execution
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from coordination, initial candidate engagement and pipeline management to offer negotiation. Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and engage with high quality candidates through diverse channels including recruitment agencies, social media, job boards etc.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners through strategic partnerships assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary.
- Support in bulk hiring exercises, recruitment events, career talks, and open houses etc.
- Maintain and update the talent pool database to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Partner with Marketing team to create engaging recruitment content for social media and professional platforms.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry talks, recruitment drives and educational institutions to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Support the creation of recruitment collateral, such as banners and props, to enhance visibility at events.
- Support the Career Ambassador program to encourage employee referrals and promote a positive corporate image.
- Support in recruitment projects, including but not limited to process improvement initiatives, campus outreach and employer branding campaigns.
Data & Compliance
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker to ensure all candidate data and stage movements are accurate. Support in providing data reports for Management review
- Manage data consistency and ensure sensitive data comply with current legislation and internal requirements.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring practices.
- Facilitate the pre-onboarding process, including candidate registrations with regulatory bodies like the SNB and AHPC.
- Work closely with candidates to expedite the pre-onboarding process, including facilitating registrations with relevant licensing boards such as SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) and AHPC (Allied Healthcare Professional Council) and other necessary regulatory bodies.
- Conduct pre-employment compliance checks, such as background and reference checks.
- Support in other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals with less than 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Proactive, self-driven, growth-oriented attitude, outgoing and dynamic personality and disposition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Recruitment tracker for meticulous data management and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
