Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including end-to-end monthly payroll, CPF and income tax submissions (IR8A, IR21).
  • Validate and Ensure accurate processing of timesheets, OT, PH pay, allowances, and payroll reporting.
  • Manage government-paid leave claims, NS claims, MOM pass applications (WP/SP/EP), and grant submissions.
  • Prepare the performance appraisal and remuneration review, including bonuses and salary adjustments.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contract preparation, and HR letters issuance.
  • Maintain HR records, staff handbook, HR policies, attendance monitoring, and leave administration using the Info-Tech system.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance (AIA, Prudential), uniforms, and staff welfare matters.
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees, management, and government authorities.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Experience in using Info-Tech HR system (advantage not preferred)
  • Proficient in payroll processing and Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, meticulous, independent and able to handle confidential matters
  • Able to start immediately
