Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain leave records
  • Assist in payroll calculation
  • Processing of work passes
  • Liaise with MOM
  • Application of visas for overseas travels and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Arrange for thumbprint and collection of work passes
  • Liaise with Insurance company for insurance such as security bond, FWMI, WIC
  • Arrange medical check-up for employees
  • Arrange safety courses such as SOC, CoreTrade
  • Update and maintain training records
  • Coordinate and maintain dormitory vacancies
  • Maintain proper documentation of all records

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws
  • Experience in construction sector preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (QuickHR, Info-Tech)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
