Job Summary
Join StackTech as an HR Executive to lead end-to-end HR operations, support administrative coordination, and assist basic finance processes in a fast-paced, growing technology company.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including preparing job postings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Administer leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee benefits to support smooth HR operations
- Facilitate onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experiences
- Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and company policies through regular compliance checks
- Prepare HR reports and track data to provide actionable insights for management decisions
- Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, cleanliness, and supplies management
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure efficient office support
- Support company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture
- Assist in tracking costs, documenting expenses, and coordinating basic finance processes related to HR
- Collaborate with Finance to verify HR-related expenses and payments, ensuring accurate documentation for claims and reimbursements
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and statutory compliance
- Proficient in HR systems such as Lark, Info-Tech, or similar platforms
- Effective coordination and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in recruitment or work pass administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Availability to start on short notice

- Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience)
