Are you organised, people-oriented, and ready to grow with a dynamic real estate company We're on the lookout for a Training Administrator to support our growing training operations from CPD compliance to onboarding and sales development. Join us as we scale towards a 2,000-strong agent team and make an impact in one of the most vibrant industries!
What You'll Do
- Coordinate CPD courses, onboarding, and sales training (Zoom & in-person)
- Manage the training calendar and communicate with agents
- Liaise with internal trainers, vendors, and venues
- Ensure CEA compliance by tracking CPD progress and records
- Support new joiners with smooth onboarding experiences
- Help launch new formats (e.g., hybrid, e-learning) and structured learning paths
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare CPD reports
- Handle agent enquiries, evaluation forms, and assist with training payments
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with CEA licensing & CPD requirements (preferred)
- Great at organisation, multitasking & communication
- Experience with Zoom-based and in-person training setups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google tools
- A team player with a growth mindset and keen eye for detail
