Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Monthly payroll processing
- Timely submission of monthly CPF contribution
- Compile and submit payroll report to outsource Accountant
- Submit income tax clearance (IRA21) for foreign employees
- Annual online submission of employee remuneration declaration to IRAS
- Attend to staff enquiries on pay matters and benefits
Benefits
- Administer staff medical claims and insurance matters
- Maintain/Update/Monitor employee leave applications and records
Recruitment
- Attend to walk-in candidates
- Application of all Work Passes (Work Permit, S-Pass, Employment Pass, Miscellaneous Pass etc)
- Arrange successful candidates for pre-employment check-up
Training
- Enroll staff for training
- Maintain training records and handle training grants etc
Human Resource Operations
- Monitor and track employee attendance and leave
- Upkeep employees personal files and database
- Monitor and renew foreign employee work passes
- Review and revamp existing HR forms
- Monitor and process new staff confirmation appraisal (for executive and below)
- Prepare letters of Employment Certification etc
- Any other duty assigned by the Management
Entry Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be well-verse with Employment Act and good HR practices
- Must be numerate and able to manage confidential information with integrity
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to relate with all levels of staff
- Strong organising skill with a problem-solving attitude
- Proactive and independent with positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work on weekends, flexible to work occasionally on public holidays and evenings
- Able to commence work immediately is preferred
