The HR & Admin Executive supports comprehensive human resource and administrative functions, driving effective recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, staff welfare, documentation, and office administration to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process by managing job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and verifying candidate documentation to ensure timely and compliant hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and staffing requirements aligned with business needs
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding to accelerate integration and engagement
- Prepare and distribute essential employment documents including Letters of Appointment, Employee Handbooks, and Codes of Conduct to ensure clear communication of policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases to support data integrity and reporting
- Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement
- Prepare and process payroll in compliance with Singapore employment laws to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Execute additional HR and administrative projects as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
Requirement :
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Executive
- Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail in writing
