Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment, Workforce Planning & Talent Management

  • Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Contribute to shaping the business from a team structure, morale, and culture perspective.

2. Employee Relations & Organizational Development

  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure timely facilitation of information.
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Administration, Finance & Compliance

  • Perform general administrative tasks and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in paperwork handling and documentation management.
  • Prepare all expense claims to ensure completeness and compliance with company policy.
  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

4. Operations & Management Support

  • Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation for management and staff.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and logistics when required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Support business operations with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
