Job Summary
Support the HR function by managing payroll, work pass applications, employee records, and recruitment processes to ensure compliance and smooth operations within a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for over 120++ staff and workers to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
- Administer application, renewal, and termination of work passes to maintain workforce compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and submit training applications to support employee development initiatives
- Maintain, update, and organize personal files and employee records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Arrange and coordinate interviews to facilitate effective recruitment and talent acquisition
- Respond to and resolve employee and worker issues to maintain a positive workplace environment
- Conduct MOM surveys and audits to ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations
- Manage company PMET (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians) quota and related documentation
- Prepare and submit MYE/PA applications and updates to support workforce planning
- Oversee labour management activities to optimize workforce deployment and productivity
- Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates
- Administer childcare leave, NS claims, and training funding claims to support employee benefits and entitlements
- Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 tax forms to comply with statutory reporting requirements
- Maintain records of annual and medical leave to track employee attendance and entitlement
- Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) to formalize employment agreements
- Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) Coordinator to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Assist in Temporary Occupation Licence Quota (TOLQ) matters to support project requirements
