About the role
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping our human resources strategies and initiatives, contributing to the continued growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with statutory and government regulations
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and retain talent
- Administer employee resignation processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance
- Review employment contracts and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices to maintain clarity and compliance
- Oversee employment administration including maintaining leave records and processing government claims such as NS and childcare leave claims, and IR21 reporting
- Ensure timely application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation of work passes to maintain workforce legality
- Monitor and track employee work pass expiry and renewal dates to prevent compliance lapses
- Maintain and update accurate employee information and personnel files for organizational records
- Perform general office administrative duties to support HR operations
What we're looking for
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage HR documentation and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field demonstrating ability to manage HR functions effectively
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in handling HR documentation and compliance
