Responsibilities:
Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements
Manage all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM
Provide administrative support in the deployment and execution of core and annual HR processes including employee on-boarding and off-boarding
Process and manage payroll & staff claims including overtime
Maintain and update employee records, information, and personal files in the HRIS in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, Singapore laws and regulations
Prepare and submit HR reports from time to time including those required by Government bodies
Prepares manpower cost and summary reports for financial reporting purposes
Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives, and programs
Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Good written and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency with work pass applications and government claims submissions
Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
Polite and resourceful with good interpersonal skills
An ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
