Job Description

  • Serve as a point of contact for project managers on HR-related matters, following the company's HR policies and local regulations.
  • Work closely with project managers on staffing needs, talent management, training development, and succession planning.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, which include job posting, resume search, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and last but not least, shortlisting and extending salary offers to potential candidates.
  • Work with recruitment agencies and various educational institutions on any job openings for permanent, part-time roles as well as internship programs.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and campus recruitment to create employer branding and collaborations.
  • Administer all onboarding and termination processes.
  • Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and also provide support in areas of regulatory and MOM reporting.
  • Arrange workers for medical examinations on time for their work pass renewal (e.g 6 monthly medical examinations).
  • Perform data entry and maintenance of personnel information in hr system.
  • Ensure all P files are properly documented and well organized in the database.
  • Handle all types of Leave, Time & Attendance administration.
  • Serves as a point of contact for all employee relations matters and addresses any employee's inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary issues.
  • Participate in various statutory surveys.
  • Draft and prepare HR letters when necessary.
  • Submit all government claims on schedule.
  • Oversee the insurance claims and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in payroll and overtime calculation preparation.
  • Analyze the projects training needs and work closely with training institutions on course registration.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
  • Participate in other HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Administrative or Business Studies or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in construction projects or past working experience working with blue-collar workers is also welcome to apply.
  • Experience with HR system (Whyze HR) will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of labor law, and other statutory requirements like TAFEP and BCA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 5 days work week.
  • Location Ubi.
