Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with statutory requirements.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, payroll administration, training and development, performance management, insurance registration and renewal (e.g., PCP, WICA), to employee relations.
- Ensure proper upkeep of employee records, including master list, personal files and documents.
- Administer employment-related processes and reporting, including leave tracking, government surveys and IR21 submissions.
- Oversee company dormitory arrangements, ensuring they meet safety, compliance, and maintenance standards.
- Act as the key contact for all employee relations-related matters.
- Support ad-hoc and ground operational duties assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the waste management, construction, or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of in-house payroll administration is an added advantage.
- Able to commence work within short notice or immediately is highly preferred.
