Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, confirmations, and other personnel documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, claims, and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related matters.
  • Assist with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to employment.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management when required.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time.Requirements

Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
    • Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
