The incumbent supports the Group Manager, HR & Admin to establish HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations.
Job Description
Responsibilities include delivery and support on the ful lspectrum of human resources for whole group companies in an efficient and effective manner:
. Manage end-to-end employee life cycle.
. Partnering with relevant stakeholders to provide professional support/guidance on all aspects of HR matters.
. Involve in reviewing, benchmarking, andenhancing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive wagesystem with compliance to legal requirements.
. Manage accurate HR data.
. Support Finance Department in monthly payroll matters.
. Attend to Statutory and Management statistical report/ survey.
. Plan and implement HR related initiatives and projects.
Requirements
. 2-3years relevant work experience as a HR Generalist.
. Hands-on with MS Word & Excel Advance, Timesoft &/or Info-Tech HRMS will be an advantage.
. Holder of IHRP certification is a plus
. Meticulous and attention to details
. Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learnand adapt to changes
