Job Title:
Customer Service Executive
Job Purpose:
To manage customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Update customers on order status and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain proper records of orders, quotations, and customer data.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Good to Have (Optional)
- Experience in customer service, admin, or sales support roles.
- Experience in printing, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
