Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job postings, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer, managing on-boarding process
  • Assist in reviewing manpower requirements with the company top management and develop recruitment strategies
  • Administer Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation
  • Administer internship program and work study diploma program including relevant grants application
  • Create and maintain the analytics and reports on HR metrices related to talent acquisition
  • Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes
  • Ensure employees personal particulars and employment data are updated
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files & records
  • Prepare monthly salary documents for payroll processing
  • Administer the performance management exercise annually
  • Participate in HR projects and other HR initiatives
  • Support office administration function

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 5 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
