Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job postings, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer, managing on-boarding process
Assist in reviewing manpower requirements with the company top management and develop recruitment strategies
Administer Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation
Administer internship program and work study diploma program including relevant grants application
Create and maintain the analytics and reports on HR metrices related to talent acquisition
Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes
Ensure employees personal particulars and employment data are updated
Maintain up-to-date personnel files & records
Prepare monthly salary documents for payroll processing
Administer the performance management exercise annually
Participate in HR projects and other HR initiatives
Support office administration function
Requirements:
Diploma or above
At least 5 year of relevant experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
