Job Description

Payroll Processing:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Ensure accurate entry of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.

Compliance:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employment.
  • Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation.

Employee Support:

  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Provide assistance in onboarding new employees and managing benefits enrollment.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and other HR documentation.
  • Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
