Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Executive for our client to support their retail operations and a small product team. This role offers broad exposure across recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a practical, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Retail Focus)
- Support end-to-end recruitment for retail operations roles.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Handle monthly payroll for a small team.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administration.
General HR Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support day-to-day HR activities in a lean organisation.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations and/or recruitment, preferably in retail, F&B, or fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing (in-house or via vendor).
- Comfortable working in a small team with broad responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, resilient, and able to work at pace.
