Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Retail Recruitment Excellence

- Lead end-to-end hiring for retail positions, from job postings to onboarding

- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing retail candidates

- Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles

2. Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Preferably someone with experience in the full spectrum of HR

  • Must have experience in recruitment for retail industry (High-end retail/ Beauty)
