This role will manage HR operations such as but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, HR records management and fostering a positive work culture.
The Executive will work closely with the Manager in facilitating a meaningful Team Member experience in all touch points from onboarding up to offboarding.
Operational Excellence
. Manages the recruitment process from the management of manpower requisitions to sourcing, interviewing, job offers, completion and collection of pre-hire requirements up until onboarding
. Ensures accurate and efficient HR documentation, including completion of the applicant tracking system, application records, letter of appointments/contracts, and relevant reports such as but not limited to the NewHire List, Weekly Hiring Tracker, Applicant Tracker, etc.
. Manages and endorses processing of work permits and ensures that the quota of foreign workers is closely monitored and reviewed
. Provides feedback and communicates with applicants on their application status
. Executes the processing of payroll and works closely with the Payroll Outsourcer to ensure the seamless management and credit of salaries every month
. Ensures accurate and timely submission of CPF contributions and submits yearly IR21 tax returns and tax clearance
. Handles Team Member movements such as promotions such as but not limited to employee transfers and confirmation
. Ensures compliance with the Singapore labor law and up to date with the latest MOM regulations
. Supports the Manager, People & Organization in implementing the Team Member Discipline and Administrative process
. Manages vendor files and processes payment of P&O suppliers
. Attends to HR-related matters and regularly communicates with Team Members
People Engagement and Development
. Upholds and is a gatekeeper of ensuring the different processes and interventions are means to ensure alignment and strengthens the PestBusters Values
. Heightens and deepens internal brand awareness and understanding of the values in the entire Team Member Lifecycle from pre-hiring, on-boarding up to end of employment.
