Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Recruitment for end-to-end recruitment matters, support with talent sourcing (e.g., job postings, shortlisting, applicant screening, including background check if needed. Interview scheduling, document verification and collation, and orientations
Work passes application and renewal
Administer employment, transfer, and promotion activities efficiently and ensure HR files and confidential records are properly kept in a safe and controlled environment.
Support the ISO audit
Support the employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs and activities for the targeted employees.
Perform general office administration duties efficiently, such as office equipment and supplies, stationery, transport arrangements, etc.
Handle travel arrangements such as air tickets, hotel bookings, transportation, visas
Assist in handling general facility work
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
People Requirements:
A diploma or university degree holder in business, human resource management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work as a team player.
Work accurately and result-driven.
Self-directed, able to work under minimal supervision and independently.
