Payroll & Compliance
Handle payroll inputs (OT, leave, allowances, claims) accurately.
Maintain HRIS and support statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
Prepare documents for audits (SEDEX, labour inspections) and ensure PDPA compliance.
Employee Lifecycle
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and probation tracking.
Maintain employee records, uniforms, and handle work-pass applications/renewals.
Time & Attendance
Monitor TMS data and track absenteeism & OT.
Prepare monthly attendance and timekeeping reports.
Manage special leave schemes (e.g., Off-in-Lieu).
HR Policies & Reporting
Update HR policies, SOPs, and support disciplinary processes.
Liaise with HR and payroll vendors when required.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, etc.).
Operational & Welfare Support
Improve HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
Administer employee benefits and insurance updates.
Coordinate staff welfare activities and support training administration.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of HR functions (payroll, onboarding, records) is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and good with numbers/data
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
