The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. You will play an important role across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, training, employee engagement and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
- Administer and implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
- Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.
- Support manpower planning and workforce deployment to ensure the organization maintains the appropriate skills and resources to meet business needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company activities such as staff events, dinners and corporate trips.
- Monitor and report relevant monthly QHSE objectives and performance to the QHSE Manager and senior management.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes, policies and practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support talent attraction and retention initiatives in line with business requirements and market trends.
- Participate in staff meetings and seminars, prepare minutes and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment practices, MOM and CPF requirements.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, payroll and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with HRIS or payroll systems will be an advantage.
