About The Role

HR Executive/Officer (Operations) manages day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycles, compliance, and data accuracy. Key duties include managing off-boarding, payroll support, and HRIS maintenance. They drive operational efficiency through process improvements, policy implementation, and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

  • HR Operations & Administration: Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining personnel records, managing HRIS systems, liaise with Business Unit Teams on salary administration such as preparing related letters etc
  • Offboarding: Manage end-to-end employee off-boarding such as resignation approval process, preparing letter of acceptance, updating/informing resignees of leave status and clearance
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labour laws, implement company policies, and keep employees informed of changes
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Liaise with the parent company on payroll administration, documentation, attendance tracking, overtime checking and submission
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and resolving issues
  • Handle MOM related survey: Generate information from the HRIS, analyze, and submit all related MOM survey on-time
  • Others: Assist in benefits administration and other ad-hoc reporting such as turnover metrics and other related HR reports

We're Looking For Someone Who's

  • Previous experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • IT savvy and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • The person must maintain high data integrity and ability to handle sensitive employee information and discretion
  • Diploma holder, preferably in Human Resources
