Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR Executive / Officer to support day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on HR administration, employee lifecycle support, benefits processing, and HR systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes across the organisation.

This is a 1-year contract role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, hands-on HR operations, and supporting employees and internal stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

Employee Benefits & Claims Administration

  • Process and approve medical and dental claims in accordance with organisational guidelines and policies.

  • Maintain and update employee benefits records based on staff eligibility and policy requirements.

Employee Records & HR Systems Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

  • Extract, compile, and prepare HR operational, manpower, and attendance reports upon request.

Onboarding Administration

  • Manage onboarding processes, including HR system setup and completion of pre-employment documentation.

  • Coordinate issuance of staff badges and access passes.

  • Provide timely onboarding-related communications to new hires and stakeholders.

Offboarding & Exit Administration

  • Coordinate offboarding processes following staff resignation.

  • Manage exit documentation and clearance workflows to ensure completeness and compliance.

HR Support, Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to HR-related staff queries.

  • Support HR compliance-related administrative work and documentation.

  • Assist with HR-related procurement and invoice processing.

  • Support HR events and activities such as STARS (D&D), Career Fairs, Career Open Houses, and New Staff Orientation.

Learning & Development Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external learning and development programmes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant HR operations or administrative experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
