Responsibilities:
. Handle full spectrum of HR functions
. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
. Support performance appraisal and employee development plans
. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
. Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting
. Manage employee records and expense claims
. Manange email account
. Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders
. Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
Requirements:
. Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
. Minimum 2 years HR experience (HR generalist or executive level preferred)
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Meticulous with good organizational skills
. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
. Able to handle confidential information with integrity
. Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements is preferred
