We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting employees throughout their employment journey.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations and work closely with the Office Manager to enhance HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Role
Human Resources (Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle, HR Operations and Employee Engagement)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support attendance verification, leave administration, and employee claims processing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and employee information within the HRMS system.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance appraisal exercises, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
- Work closely with the Office Manager to implement HR initiatives, employee benefits programmes, training plans, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Support the review and maintenance of HR documents, including the Employee Handbook, HR policies, forms, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
- Assist in communicating HR policies and initiatives to employees.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, Singapore employment requirements, and MOM regulations.
- Support HR audits and other HR-related projects as required.
Secondary Role
Administration
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, procurement, and general office arrangements.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for staff and management.
- Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Head of Operations, and other departments when required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and payroll processes
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and work pass administration will be an advantage.
- Experience with INFO-TECH HRMS or other HR/payroll systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
