Perform work pass administration and joining formalities and new employee orientation.
Regular audit of employee personal files to ensure all are well maintained.
Preparation and checking on monthly payroll reports before salary payment processing.
Handling of onboarding and offboarding formalities based on company policies.
Work closely with the project team on employees training arrangements.
