Job Description

  • Perform recruitment tasks, from sourcing, shortlisting, selection, interview, and offering employment to suitable candidates to fit the manpower schedule.
  • Plan and execute talent outreach and engagement activities to source potential candidates and maintain an optimal experience for employees.
  • Handling of employees disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Handling staff enquiries and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated to all staff on time.
  • Development and implementation of the policies of the company.
  • Analysis, development and implementation of compensation and benefits.
  • Performance appraisal, increment, promotion, and employee retention.
  • Perform work pass administration and joining formalities and new employee orientation.
  • Regular audit of employee personal files to ensure all are well maintained.
  • Preparation and checking on monthly payroll reports before salary payment processing.
  • Handling of onboarding and offboarding formalities based on company policies.
  • Work closely with the project team on employees training arrangements.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
