About the Role:

Are you eager to kick-start your career in HR As an HR Executive, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. From recruitment to employee engagement, compliance to HR administration, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture while contributing directly to the company's growth.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain HR records, payroll support, and leave management
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
• Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and training sessions
• Support HR reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc projects
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
• Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, adaptable, and a team player
• Preferably with Construction / Engineering / Marine sector experience
