Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to enhance and streamline performance management systems, processes, and frameworks
- Support the full annual performance review cycle, including increment and bonus evaluations
- Provide guidance on Performance Improvement Plans and employee development strategies
- Review and update HR policies to ensure relevance and alignment with organisational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies, programmes, and transformation initiatives
- Analyse HR data and generate insights for management reporting and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Support cross-functional projects and organisational transformation efforts
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and high performance
- Assist in talent development initiatives, including scholarship and training fund management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Relevant experience in HR operations and performance management
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience in policy review, process improvement, or HR transformation projects is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
