Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and administer staff training programs, records, and course attendance.
- Manage staff dormitory arrangements, ensuring proper allocation and upkeep.
- Maintain and update staff leave records accurately in the HR system.
- Assist in HR documentation, data entry, and filing of employee records.
- Support other administrative or HR-related activities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, experience in a construction or engineering environment is added advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
