Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP) via MOM system
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including work pass status and documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g. MOM, vendors, clinics)
  • Monitor and update quota, levy, and work pass expiry tracking
  • Coordinate and administer employee training programmes (e.g. WSQ, safety training)
  • Prepare training schedules, attendance records, and certification tracking
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for foreign employees
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation
  • Handle audits and ensure proper compliance documentation is in place

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR / work pass administration
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Familiar with MOM systems (EP Online, WP Online)
  • Experience in handling foreign worker matters, quota and levy tracking
  • Knowledge in training administration (WSQ or similar programmes) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week / 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
