HR Executive

Job Desciption

1) Support in the development, implementation, enhancement, and compliance of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment

2) Coordinate with project teams on hiring plans, staff movement and training needs.

3) Assist in the recruitment process

4) Responsible for all workers onboarding, offboarding and repatriation matters.

5) Responsible for checking and validating worker's time records and providing timely feedback.

6) Responsible for managing workers dormitory and accomodation arrangements and documentations

7) Preparing weekly and monthly reports

8) Update and maintain training records in compliance with ISO requirements.

9) Ensure adherence and compliance to local labour law, manpower regulations and company policies.

10) Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.

11) Collaborate effectively with other departments, including safety and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

12) To assist in compilation of monthly project progress reports
