As a HR Executive (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Learning & Development operations, spanning course enrollment, programme coordination, budget oversight, training grants, bond management, evaluation processes, and maintenance of learning records
- Track completion rates for mandatory learning requirements, flagging gaps and recommending areas for improvement
- Build and sustain partnerships with universities, polytechnics, and government bodies to develop and manage internship, attachment, and scholarship opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in training workflows by leveraging digital tools and assessing their effectiveness in enhancing HR service delivery
- Support new employee integration by designing orientation content, gathering feedback, and using data insights to strengthen the onboarding journey
- Administer SSG and other regulatory training subsidies, ensuring full compliance with documentation and submission requirements
- Uphold the integrity of training data through diligent tracking, structured reporting, and timely responses to internal reviews, government audits, and sector surveys
- Take on additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant L&D experience
- Certification in ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE will be an advantage
