Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback
Work closely with HODs and management in handling organisation's learning and development needs
Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources
Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping and filing of all training records
Plan, organise and coordinate engaging activities to foster a positive company culture
Work closely with schools for exchange programmes
Proactively review and formulate framework and policies, based on industry practices that are relevant to the workforce
Review of SOP aligning with company policies
Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and relevant government agencies on initiatives, funding, grants and sponsorships available
Manage internal communications, including announcements, updates and corporate messages
Complete surveys from government agencies
Maintain good project documentation and familiar with ISO documentation requirements
Follow up and assist in certification audits
Serve as an HR liaison for HR aspects: talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, change management, employee relations, learning and development.
Partner with internal and external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries
Support any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as may be required
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
Fresh grads are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask
Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful
A team player with excellent communication skills
Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
